Full Time 37 hours per week term time plus 4 weeks

Rushcliffe School is a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school located in West Bridgford, Nottingham. In 2014, Rushcliffe was judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted and, in 2015, awarded a World Class Schools Quality Mark. We require an energetic and passionate Pupil Wellbeing Leader to join our team.  You will be responsible for supporting our most vulnerable students, developing and maintain links between school and external agencies, ensuring the safety, well‐being and safeguarding of all students and staff and working closely with our pastoral team who work collectively to support the wellbeing and development of the ‘whole child’, including their attendance, behaviour and academic achievements.
