We are currently recruiting for the new position of qualification integrity manager.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

The qualification integrity manager is a unique role, working closely with the director of product integrity to develop and implement the qualification strategy for the organisation. The role involves creating and managing a portfolio of sector leading qualifications that meet the needs of industry and education.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of qualification and assessment development and review, and experience of engaging with employers to develop and deliver qualifications and assessments. They should have experience of writing, delivering and evaluating assessments and examinations and knowledge of the current legislative landscape for qualifications and assessments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience and a track record in the awarding sector, and ideally have experience of teaching in a relevant occupational area.

Project management is key within this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering a project from its inception to completion in order to support our future aspirations. The role requires someone with the ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation and the employers that work with us.

The qualification integrity manager is a leader and a role model, able to provide strategic direction, change management and leadership to the qualification development and delivery team.

Minimum requirements are:

  • Extensive knowledge of qualification and assessment development and review
  • Experience of qualification development
  • Extensive knowledge of assessment practices
  • Experience of writing, delivering and evaluating assessments and examinations
  • Knowledge of current legislative landscape for qualifications and assessments
  • Demonstrable experience and track record of the awarding organisation sector
  • Demonstrable experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver products with the detail required within the timescales necessary
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
