Quality Assurance Officer/ Ofsted Inspector

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

I am currently seeking a current or an ex Ofsted Inspector to come and quality assure our practise within the school. The school is very new (just over a year old) and I  would like to scrutinise our practise and our work to a standard that a scrutinising Ofsted Inspector would do. I have tried Consultants but they behave in a very different manner to that of an Ofsted Inspector and this does not prepare you well for when Ofsted arrive. Please only apply if you have worked for Ofsted and have a very good understanding of how an Ofsted Inspector can be very precise and leave no stone unturned. Applicant must be extremely diligent in their work and would be required to start immediately. The work initially will be monthly , then expanding to half termly , then to termly once things are in order.
