Summary

Are you an exceptional quality manager with a successful track record of consistently delivering improvements in the Further Education and Skills sector? Working as part of our Performance, Learning and Development team, you will be central to the success of the College through raising standards and expectations.

The Role

As Quality Manager you will have responsibility for co-ordinating and managing the College’s quality improvement processes and initiatives.

You will manage quality improvement processes and tracking systems to ensure achievement of performance targets and evidence impact on learners and added value.

The Person

The successful applicant will have proven track record of quality improvement within the Further Education and Skills sector. In addition, you will have significant knowledge and experience of assessment and verification processes.

You should be able to provide accurate and timely reporting of data to inform quality monitoring and improvement.
You will be educated to degree level, and be expert in managing performance monitoring systems and confident in delivering training to ensure compliance.
