We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant school community as a

RAISING ACHIEVEMENT OFFICER (Attendance and Behaviour)

Start date – September 2020 or as soon as possible

37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year

Range 3 annual part time salary £18,865 to £20,403 

(equivalent to £22,245 to £24,059 for full time)

About the role 

The successful applicant will:

• Have the ability to build and maintain constructive and professional relationships with parents, students, staff, governors, external agencies and home tuition providers. 

• Have a genuine commitment to promoting excellent attendance at school.

• Be part of an enthusiastic team and have a flexible approach to working.

• A good general level of education, have excellent communication skills and be flexible, adaptable and resourceful.

• Have good interpersonal skills, capable of interacting well with students, parents and other staff members.
