This is a really exciting time for the school. Following the successful Ofsted inspection in May 2017 we piloted a new approach to raising standards in KS3 and KS4. Having evaluated the impact of these new approaches on student outcomes we have decided to create four substantive posts to continue to drive attitudes to learning, behaviour, attendance and progress across the school.
Our Raising Standards Leaders (Heads of Year), will lead a year group across 8 – 11 and continue to work closely with the senior leadership team and pastoral managers to drive the school forward in its pursuit of excellence for all.
We look forward to hearing from outstanding candidates who are inspired by our vision and who have the relevant skills and experience to make a substantial contribution to our ongoing journey of improvement.
