Are you an outstanding teacher of Religious Education? Are you committed to delivering

inspirational lessons for our students, in order that they can achieve well? If the answer to

the questions above is yes, Light Hall could be the school for you.

We are seeking someone to work with us in order to secure the very best outcomes for

students at our school.

Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply and comprehensive and bespoke

professional development will be provided for the duration of the contract.

allow you to play an active part in our continued school improvement. Our students are

enthusiastic about RE, it is a core subject and they are keen to learn and demonstrate

excellent conduct, behaviour and attitudes to learning. In addition, we have a team of

dedicated and enthusiastic teachers and excellent resources.

The successful applicant will be joining us at a very exciting time. We are currently adding

a sixth form to our educational provision to begin in September 2024. This brings with it

numerous opportunities for continued development. Therefore, an ability to teach the

subject beyond age 16 would be an advantage. A further opportunity may be available to

teach sociology at A-level for the right candidate.
