36 hours pw x 45 weeks (Term-time, this includes working 5 days usually towards the end of the summer break normally the week of the Summer break and designated INSET) 

Monday - Thursday: 07:45-15:30

Friday: 07:45-15:15 (includes a 30 min unpaid daily break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us to work as a Reception/Admin Assistant in a large Secondary School.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a school environment and be familiar with SIMs the system used in the school.

They should also have excellent communications skills, as they will be on occasions be working on the main reception desk.

The key purpose of the role is to support the administrative function of the school, duties include main reception and admin work relating to admissions, behaviour management, parents’ evenings, transition and primary liaison work.  Further information can be found in the job description and person specification.

The successful candidate would be expected to be a First Aider (training provided).
