Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, hardworking and caring person to join our office administration as a full-time receptionist. The role involves running the school reception, undertake clerical work, communicating well with a wide range of stakeholders (parents, children, school staff, governors and the community), using computer systems during the course of the day and other duties which may be required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a busy reception desk and enjoy working in a busy environment. You will be motivated, well-organised, hard-working, ability to use your initiative and be willing to undergo any training that is required.

This position is offered at 37 hours week (9am–5pm with 30 minutes lunch break) for 39 weeks per year (term time). A 50/50 job share of 18.5 hours would be considered.
NJC Scale 3 points 5-6 £19,312 - £19,698. Pro rata to weeks and hours worked actual salary is £15,999 to £16,319 per year.
