We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and capable colleague preferably with experience in a secondary school to carry out the role of Receptionist and Attendance Officer. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and school community, therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite.  You will also be responsible for the administrative aspects of managing pupil attendance, have a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage priorities is essential.  Having excellent record keeping and time management skills are vital for this role.   An ability to be flexible and manage a variety of tasks whilst meeting deadlines is important.    

This is a full time position. No annual leave should be taken during term time.  The successful candidate should ideally have recent experience of working in a school setting and ideally first-hand knowledge of administrative aspects of pupil attendance would be an advantage.   We offer a supportive team, a friendly working environment and impressive opportunities for career development.
