We are looking for an exceptional Reception teacher to join our friendly, hard-working team and be part of our wonderful school community. Here at Breaside we can offer a supportive and stimulating environment, with good opportunities for professional development.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a proposed start date at the end of December 2025.

Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to engage in a warm and supportive way with the children. A strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and beyond is essential and you will be an effective communicator who can use their initiative to provide a variety of inspiring learning opportunities across a broad range of curriculum subjects. The ability to foster effective relationships with all members of our Breaside community is a must.

Breaside operates across two sites – Orchard Road and Widmore Road – just a short walk apart in Bromley. The opening of our Widmore Road site has allowed us to expand while maintaining the close-knit, family feel that defines the school.

Across both sites, pupils benefit from well-resourced learning environments, including enhanced Early Years classrooms, outdoor play areas and access to Forest School. Specialist teaching in Art, Music, Languages and Sport further enriches the curriculum, alongside a wide range of co-curricular opportunities.

Led by Executive Principal Mrs Nicholson, Breaside provides a consistent and supportive environment where high expectations are matched with strong pastoral care.
