De Lucy is a “Good” school across a large site. We are a popular three form entry school based in Abbey Wood, South East London.

We wish to appoint an experienced administrator to join our admin team as a Receptionist/Admin Officer, to provide an efficient, effective and well organised administrative service to the school. You will be directed by the School Business Manager to perform a variety of duties.

We would welcome applications from prospective candidates who are:

  • experienced in reception administrative work
  • highly motivated
  • able to prioritise work in a pressurised environment dealing with a variety of tasks and deadlines
  • able to work with minimum supervision
  • effective written and oral communication skills
  • proficient in a range of IT applications
  • effective in customer care
  • able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post within the framework of equal opportunities
  • a team player

About De Lucy Primary School

De Lucy Primary School is a community school in the London Borough of Greenwich catering for children from 3 – 11 years of age.
It was opened in 1959 as separate junior and infant and nursery schools. In 1983 the two schools amalgamated under the Head teacher from the junior school. In the last few years the school has undergone considerable refurbishment.

Our mission statement is "High Achievement in a Caring Community" and this reflects what our school aims to achieve.
