We are a warm and welcoming school, set on the outskirts of the village of Hilton, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Academy opened in September 2019 for children in Reception. We are growing each year as our children progress through the school, so in September we will have five classes – Reception to Year 4. We will become a one-form entry primary school for the full primary age range (Reception to Year 6) by September 2025 and have the potential to be extended to two-form entry if required. 

The Mease Spencer Academy, working in partnership with Spencer Academies Trust, are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Admin Support. The successful candidate will be positive, emotionally intelligent, committed and enthusiastic.   They will ensure a high standard of receptionist and administrative support in order to assist in the smooth running of the Academy. Previous experience of working in an office is essential and school experience is desirable.

The role will include a range of duties including welcoming visitors, answering the phone, greeting pupils, data entry, school communications and First Aid to help to ensure the effective operation of the school and to support the provision of effective teaching and learning. They will work under the guidance of the Office Manager and will receive support from the Trust's Central Team.
