The role of Receptionist/Administration Assistant Apprentice will be to offer a cheerful and supportive service to staff and members of the public. To assist in all administrative duties associated with the Part Time Courses Office such as data-inputting and record-keeping, handling enquiries from members of the public, attending marketing events to promote the courses available to adult learners. This role will suit an outgoing, proactive person who is keen to learn and be a part of a busy team.
