We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, motivated and outgoing individual to join our busy admin / reception team, based in the main office. We have a main reception which is open from 8am – 4:30pm and a Student reception in a different building.
The post is part of our Receptionist/Administration Assistant team who reports to the Finance & Office Manager and provides general administrative support to Business Support Managers. Duties include, answering the phone, registering/greeting visitors, liaising with various stakeholders (staff, students, parents, governors, external agencies etc.), arranging immunisations with nurses, sending letters to parents via School Comms on behalf of teachers and organisation and development of all front of house processes. Guidance, support and training will be given to the successful candidate.
Beths Grammar School is a successful and oversubscribed school, with approximately 1733 students on roll including 776 in the Sixth Form, and is situated off the A2 in Bexley, Kent.
