Salary Scale 2 point 3 £24,012 (FTE)

Actual salary based on 22.5 hours per week for 40 weeks per year £13,121

We are looking to employ a part time Receptionist /Administrator to join our fantastic administration team.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills a “can do” attitude and be flexible in your approach to work. This role will involve meeting and greeting parents/carers and outside agencies; therefore, an excellent front of house and telephone manner is essential. You will also be expected to carry out administrative tasks for the school. 

Training will be provided where appropriate.

You will:

  •  Be organised and have excellent administration skills
  • Be confident with a positive, welcoming approach
  • Have excellent office based IT skills
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible
