Job overview

Working hours: Full time, full year

We are seeking a high calibre, highly motivated, skilled receptionist/administrator to join our existing team, with the commitment and enthusiasm required to join us on our journey to excellence. You would mainly be working on our student reception desk but flexibility would be needed as you could also be called upon to work in the main reception area.

If you are experienced, hard working, warm and welcoming, we would like you to join us. You will need to be extremely organised, totally customer focussed, with a 'can do' attitude and a dynamic personality. A calm and friendly approach with great patience and empathy is necessary, along with great interpersonal skills.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages is essential to ensure you meet the high standard of all administrative tasks involved. It is also essential that you have a good standard of literacy, as part of this role includes sending out communications from the academy to parents, therefore a high standard of written English is paramount.

Kettering Buccleuch Academy is a rapidly improving all-through academy catering for students aged 4-19 years old. We are housed in a superb building in the north of Kettering. Our ethos is to release the potential of every member of our community and to support our students to become well-rounded, skilled and qualified young adults.

If you would like to be a part of our great team and work in a great school with a unique ethos, we would very much like to meet you.
