Loreto High School Catholic 11-16 mixed comprehensive school.  Currently there are around 750 pupils on roll.  The school has a strong leadership team and management structure with a focus on raising standards. Loreto High School is part of the international Loreto family of schools and this is a heritage of which we are justly proud.  Our students are wonderful and deserve the very best.   A commitment to help all young people to achieve their potential is expected of all our staff.  Loreto High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  The Governing Body of Loreto High School wish to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to work as part of our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area, provide administrative support and will work operationally alongside PA to Headteacher, SLT, students and their parents and external agencies to promote whole school customer service. 

Duties will include 

• Reception duties including signing in visitors, taking and directing calls and providing customer support.

• Ensuring school letters, EVC forms, and other school documentation is created accurately and sent out to QA standards.  

• Deliver first aid to staff and students.   

• Support the PA to Headteacher with administrative and organisational duties as directed. 

You will have a proven track record of building relationships in a working environment and with the wider community.  You will share our commitment to safeguarding.  Previous experience of working on SIMS database essential. First aid experience preferred.
