Job overview

Pentland Field School opened in 2015 on the edge of Ickenham Village and is an all-through special school for children and young people between the ages of 4 and 19 years olds with severe to moderate learning difficulties, including those with autism spectrum disorder.

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join the school. The School Receptionist is the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children. As the ‘face’ of the school the receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and has a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.

We would welcome applications from candidates with experience of working in a pressurised school reception environment, have a working knowledge of Sims and a positive, flexible attitude to their work.

If you would like to know more about this very important and valued role at Pentland Field, please email Jo Richards, Administration Manager on jo.richards@pentlandfieldschool.co.uk for further information.

Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 4.15pm, and Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm
