Salary: S17 to S21 £21,803 - £24,517 FTE (Actual salary of £19,120 to £21,500 based on Term Time only plus 5 days) 

Start date: 1st September 2023 or earlier

Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm or 08.20am - 4.20pm Term time + 5 days


Purpose of the role

Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a world class school as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional to join us in our mission.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly personable and motivated individual to join our Communications team.  The post holder will be the welcoming first point of contact at Trinity Academy. Their primary purpose will be to ensure that the school's values are demonstrated in every contact with the school and to provide administrative support.

This job is suitable for someone who really cares for the welfare and success of young people. You will need to be people facing, ensuring that every interaction with pupils, staff, parents, governors and visitors enshrines our values of being a world class organisation.  You will also need excellent administration and organisational skills and be able to manage a diverse workload in a fast paced and exciting environment.
