Headington Preparatory School is ideally situated just across the road from the Senior School, and stands in its own beautiful four acre secure and secluded site, complete with wooded playground area and wonderful outdoor surroundings. Following a £6 million rebuild, the school has a fantastic facilities including a Theatre, Dining Room and specialist classrooms for Art, Music, ICT, Drama and Science.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Assistant Secretary to join the school in April 2018.

As the main point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, we are looking for an effective organiser with excellent communication skills, a positive and flexible approach and the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure. Candidates should have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office. Hours will be 7.40 am to 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
