Receptionist

Part time, 25 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist with a positive and proactive approach to working in our busy reception. Duties will include being the first point of contact for parents and visitors and supporting with administrative work. Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have an approachable manner, with the ability to communicate with ease with staff and students.

As Receptionist you will:

• Greet parents and visitors in a professional manner, liaising with teaching staff and Pastoral Leaders where appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently, always demonstrating a highly professional manner.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff.

 We are looking for individuals who have:

• Experience of working in a busy reception or experience working in an administrative role.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to relate well to children and adults.
