The Governing Body is looking to appoint a highly motivated Receptionist to work within our friendly school office. As a member of the admin team, you will work within a busy school office assisting in the day-to-day running of the school reception, along with other school administration duties.

As the first point of contact for parents, students and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent communication skills and organisational abilities are essential.

To be successful in this role you need to be capable of ensuring proper flow of office procedures and support the school by carrying out common office duties as well as having a sound knowledge of a range of computer applications together with excellent IT skills.
