Job overview
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to work in our busy Front Office and become part of the admin team. The role will involve coordinating communication between incoming calls, school visitors, staff and students whilst always ensuring an efficient and organised front of house service.
You will be required to undertake general reception duties including processing mail, signing in visitors and issuing security passes as well as additional ad hoc duties to support the Front Office. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt quickly and hold excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels. They will work with key stakeholders of the College community and will be the "first point of contact" for welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
The role is for 36 hours per week, term time only.
