Ideally Wednesday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Salary: Grade 4, Point 5 - 7 of the Meridian Support Staff Pay Scale
£22,737 to £23,500 (FTE)

It is an exciting time for North Cambridge Academy. We are a growing in student numbers and are looking to expand our team of support staff.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic front of house person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communication with parents, the local community and the wider public. Based in the academy reception, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service. We are looking for a confident, professional individual who has the vibrant personality to promote the excellence that North Cambridge Academy has to offer. North Cambridge Academy passionately believes in the potential of young people, therefore an ability to support and engage with young people is crucial to the role.
We very much welcome applications from individuals with a strong customer service background, a flare for marketing and a finger on the pulse of the latest social media; experience in an education setting is desirable but not essential. Applicants should have great organisational skills, a pro- active ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to thrive in a very fast paced and demanding environment. We are interested in meeting candidates with high order administration skills and who are competent PC users.
