Caterham Preparatory School is a co-educational IAPS day school for pupils aged 3 to 11 years. It is located on a beautiful 200 acre site bordering the North Downs and surrounded by woodlands, yet close to the M25 and a short walk from the local station.
Preparatory School Receptionist 41.25 hours per week; 35 weeks per year
We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our Preparatory School. You will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly introduction for visitors and telephone callers and also whole school clerical support where necessary. Duties will include managing school registers, sending out communications to the Prep and Pre-Prep communities, providing an administrative presence at Parents Evening, Open days and other school functions as required.
