The Ellesmere Port Church of England College is a secondary school with an ethos based on Anglican beliefs where we welcome students from all faiths.

We are a part of the Frank Field Education Trust and work collaboratively with the others in our FFET family, allowing our students and staff many opportunities to develop themselves.  This is embodied in the FFET and College vision: Social Justice through Excellence in Education.

We have a modern, state of the art building, which uses new technologies to support and enrich the learning experience and curriculum. This rich combination ensures that we are able to prepare all our students for the challenges of the future.

The Ellesmere Port C of E College is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Receptionist to provide a professional and welcoming image of the College to all callers and visitors, and to provide a comprehensive reception and telephone answering service (both internal and external) to ensure that all callers and visitors are dealt with promptly.

The role will also involve undertaking clerical / administrative duties, such as typing routine correspondence and letters, and making telephone calls to parents / carers.

The successful candidate must have experience of reception work and / or front-facing customer service.  You must be ICT literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and have the ability to type and record data accurately.

The ability to maintain confidentiality of data, at all times, is essential.  Experience of working in an educational environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
