Job overview

A Receptionist/Clerical Assistant is required for an immediate start. This is a year round permanent position of 37 hours per week between 8am - 4.30pm (hours to be directed by Administration Manager).  Some evening work required for after school meetings or Parents’ Evenings – time off in lieu or flexi time will be given.  The post holder will be expected to work during part of the school holidays. The post holder will primarily work on reception but will be part of the Administration Team and therefore may be expected to work in other areas of the school. A qualification (NVQ2 minimum or equivalent) in Administration is essential, experience of working in a school desirable. Customer service experience is essential.
