HOURS:               32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per annum

SALARY:              Plymouth legacy pay scales, Grade B (SCP 3 – 4)

Actual salary     £15,657– £15,940 pro rata per year

Full time equivalent salary: £20,812 - £21,189 per year

LOCATION:       Eggbuckland Community College

Eggbuckland Community College are seeking to appoint an experienced, confident, and enthusiastic individual for the role of Receptionist/ First Aider.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and callers on our busy school reception desk. Also, to welcome visitors and direct as appropriate and to manage all telephone calls and queries, re-directing as appropriate. A keen eye for detail is required, with the ability to process information sensitively and confidentially.

WeST is a complex schools trust that is maturing rapidly, and this post provides an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with students and staff at its heart, built on an extensive track record of excellence.

Our Trust consists of 27 schools (in both primary and secondary phases) and West Learning Institute (WLI). Our schools are in relatively close geographical proximity to one another, across south Devon, Plymouth and south-east Cornwall. We are positioned in the heart of the south-west peninsula, a stone’s throw from some of the most picturesque countryside and coastal locations in the UK.
