The Royal Hospital School is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11 – 18 year olds, set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour.

The Royal Hospital School has the following vacancy starting as soon as possible:

Receptionist (fixed term contract to 14 April 2022)

As the first point of contact for the Royal Hospital School, the successful candidate needs to be highly professional, well presented, discreet and personable with excellent communication skills; face to face, on the telephone and via email.  

This pivotal role require reliability, excellent attention to detail and appropriate IT and administrative skills.

Hours of work will be 37 hours per week (08:30-16:30 Mon-Thurs, 08:30-16:00 Fri) all year round with 30 minutes for lunch plus 4 hours on Saturday 08:30-12:30 during term time (30 weeks per year) making a total of 41 hours per week term time.
