SALARY: From £21,900 up to £23,967 Pro Rata Pro Rata Salary: £19,642 to £21,496 (Inclusive of London Weighting)

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit an excellent Receptionist to provide an effective front of house service for our Hair and Beauty Salon. You will meet and greet clients, members of the public and visitors to the Salon in a friendly and courteous manner and carry out administration tasks relating to the running of the Salon including record keeping, filing of client record cards and other correspondences. You will work alongside Salon technicians and lecturing staff to provide Salon support including allocating resources during commercial sessions, photocopying and handing out equipment.

About you:

You will have significant experience as a receptionist, preferably within the Hair and Beauty industry. An assessor qualification (D32; D33 or ‘A’ units) is preferred or the willingness to work towards the awards. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with students, clients and teaching staff and high level of organisational and administrative skills. You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
