This is an all year round position working 7.30 a.m. until 3.30 p.m. with half an hours unpaid lunch break.

Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment at our school. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting guests, handling enquiries efficiently, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact politely and professionally with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with email and google applications
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

Abraham Moss Community School is a mixed, mainstream, non-denominational all-through school in Crumpsall, Manchester and is a part of The Dean Trust. It caters to students aged between three and sixteen and has approximately 1,653 pupils enrolled.

Abraham Moss Community School was founded in 1973 and was named after Abraham Moss, who was Lord Mayor of Manchester from 1953 to 1954.
