We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and self-motivated Receptionist to provide a customer-focused and efficient reception service to visitors and telephone callers. 

Presenting a welcoming and professional image of the school, key duties will include assisting in providing general administrative service to support the smooth running of the school and dealing with day to day queries from staff, students and parents.

Applicants will need to be competent with ICT, Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a Reception area and a customer-focused approach in dealing with visitors and the demands of colleagues as well as the ability to juggle priorities is essential for this role.
