Jane Austen College is seeking two reliable and highly professional receptionists to join our friendly and supportive admin team on a job-share basis.
The role holders will work within a team of multi-skilled administrators and be responsible for a range of office-based tasks. They will ensure the smooth and professional organisation of the reception area within the college, providing a welcoming and efficient service for visitors, staff, and students.
We are ideally looking for each person to work either all mornings or all afternoons during our office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, although there may be some flexibility for the right candidates.
