Receptionist

Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks
Salary: Scale B £12,887-£13,110 (£15,115-£15,375 full-time equivalent)
Start date: As soon as possible

Could you be the face of one of the country's most innovative sixth forms? We are looking for a receptionist to welcome students, staff, and visitors to Sir Isaac, the UK's first maths and science specialist sixth forms and one of Norwich's best performing colleges at A Level.

Well organised and with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will support our students and staff, be the first point of call for any visitors. The successful candidate will undertake routine administrative duties but will focus on distributing post, reprographics and switchboard duties.

The role holder will provide administrative support in planning and organising. They will undertake a varied role including reception duties, secretarial and computing tasks supporting the PA.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and ICT skills and be able to build good working relationships with stakeholders. Experience of working as a school receptionist and familiarity with SIMS database would be beneficial.
