Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

·      Ensuring front line enquiries from staff, pupils, parents and visitors are dealt with promptly.

  • Use the school MIS and Microsoft products on a regular basis to obtain information and produce letters and emails.
  • To use School software on a daily basis, including Bromcom, for general School administration.
  • To check visitor’s identity and direct them as appropriate to ensure all safeguarding requirements are met.
  • To answer and direct internal and external phone calls in an effective professional manner as appropriate.
  • To accept deliveries and manage the internal distribution, franking and posting of items and parcels.
  • Respond appropriately and efficiently to e-mails.
