  Required to start as soon as possible Receptionist and Administrator Part Time and Permanent Contract  1pm – 5pm Mon – Weds, 1pm – 4.30pm Thurs & Fri  19 hours per week, term time NJC Grade 4 £6,632 – £6,925 approx per annum 

Faringdon Community College are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide a professional and welcoming reception service to students and staff as well as external visitors.  In addition the post holder will provide administrative support to the Faringdon Community College on a variety of tasks. 

We are looking for someone who is motivated, has excellent communication and organisation skills, has a flexible and calm approach, and is able to respond to the needs of the School.   

Faringdon Community College (FCC) is an 11-18 co-educational secondary comprehensive school, but one which embraces the idea of lifelong learning and community education, hence the title 'Faringdon Community College' or FCC for short. We are one of the very few schools with specialist status in Engineering and this adds a unique and positive element to our school culture.

About Faringdon Community College

Faringdon Community College opened under its current name in 2000, having previously been known as Tollington Secondary Modern School. Located in the town of Faringdon, Oxfordshire, the school provides a co-educational secondary education for students aged 11-18.

In 2012, the school became part of the Faringdon Academy of Schools, alongside seven others. The Faringdon Academy of Schools includes institutions at all stages of children’s education and allows providers in the local area to work more closely together.

Faringdon Community College provides for around 1,500 secondary and sixth-form students.
