Purpose of the Role:
Be the first point of contact for the Foundation and welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness. Providing basic PA diary management and meeting organisation duties to the Executive Director.
The main purpose is to:
• Be the first point of contact for the Foundation.
• Manage the switchboard.
• Support the Office Manager.
