Are you seeking the opportunity to work in a truly international environment?

We are currently looking to appoint a part-time bilingual School Receptionist to join Aloha College Marbella.

The School Receptionist is the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff, and children. As the ‘face’ of the school, the receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful, and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner.

In addition, it is essential that the receptionist is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. The receptionist is also required to have a good level of IT skills.

The role will entail:

  • Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
  • Manages telephone message system.
  • Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member in a timely, professional manner, filing and copying of sensitive information.
  • Establishes and maintains satisfactory working relationships with other employees, children, and the general public.
  • Exhibits high standards of professional conduct.
  • Assists students and others with routine problems.
  • Provides general administrative support to the school as required.
  • Understands, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in all his/her school activities.
  • Reads, comprehends and apply job-related written material and makes decisions in accordance with applicable school system policies and procedures.
  • Be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, database, and Google environments.
