About the role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Receptionist at The King’s School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional Reception, Student Services, Reprographics and communications service to all internal and external stakeholders. They will also provide general administration and basic data input support to the school as required.
This is a 15 hours per week (worked over two days) term time plus three days, permanent contract. The working hours are 08.00 – 16.00.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join an effective Admin Team who:
- has a friendly, professional, calm manner and can communicate effectively with visitors, pupils and staff;
- can work effectively as part of the Admin Team but can also work independently using their own initiative;
- has experience of working in a similar environment;
- can work effectively as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
- has a passion for helping students thrive and meet their full potential.
