Job Summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Saturday & Ad Hoc School Receptionist/Administrator.

Working Hours: 4 hours per week 8:30-12:30 on Saturdays (although some flexibility will be required for additional hours on the occasional Saturday).

Ad hoc hours when needed throughout the year.

 

This role will provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors at Cranleigh School and carry out a variety of administrative duties.

Acting as the primary point of contact between the school and its parents and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be flexible and approachable in a busy day to day environment and have an understanding of safeguarding children. Written and verbal communication skills are important along with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks in a busy customer facing role however full training and guidance will be given for the right candidate. Experience of working within a school environment is desirable.
