Do you pride yourself on providing a professional welcome and seamless front-of-house experience? Join us as a Receptionist, where your primary purpose is to deliver a professional and efficient Reception service for the academy. You will manage all incoming communications, greet visitors, and ensure strict safeguarding compliance by recording visitor sign-in processes.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional and efficient Reception service for the academy and administrative support. Key duties include answering incoming communications, greeting and dealing with visitors, and ensuring all visitors are recorded, signed in, and issued lanyards for safeguarding compliance.
The role manages the opening, distribution, and franking of all posts and parcels. The Receptionist provides radio contact for the SLT team and assists with general administrative and typing duties to support the SLT or Principal's PA when requested.
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.
