Job overview

As a result of a restructure Abbey Woods Academy has an opportunity for a receptionist to join our hard-working and friendly office team. 

You will be an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who is able to work positively with a variety of different people and be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. You will provide reception duties for the school, including answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and will ensure an excellent standard of customer service at all times to parents, pupils, staff and visitors as well as offering effective administrative support to the Headteacher and school. Experience in using Word, Excel and Publisher would be desirable.

Abbey Woods caters for approximately 200 pupils, aged 3 to 11. It is situated in beautiful and spacious grounds which the children enjoy in both their learning and leisure time.
