Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 08:30am - 16:30pm, 39 weeks per year.

About You: As a school receptionist, you will:
- Ensure the main reception area is run effectively.
- Be a point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries and take messages where appropriate.
- Be responsible for signing in late students and passing on the information to the student receptionist.
- Ensure that all visitors are signed in and issued with a visitor’s pass, ensuring that all visitor’s DBS/ID has been checked for safeguarding purposes.
- Receive, sign for, sort and distribute post/deliveries coming into the School.
Requirements:
To apply for the Receptionist opportunity you must have:
- GCSE level or equivalent in English (A-C)
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent Administration and Organisation skills.
- An understanding of GDPR.
- Good ICT Skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a diverse job role.
