Receptionist  

Monday-Friday from 16:00-18:15hrs and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00hrs 

Part-time post – Term Time only plus additional hours during summer holidays

£11.18 per hour

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist with excellent communication skills who will meet and greet parents, pupils, visitors etc and we are looking for an individual that can create the right impression at first point of contact.  You will be confident and comfortable dealing with both domestic and international contacts, both in person and on the telephone.   

 

There will also be an opportunity, if time allows, to assist other departments with their administration work.  

 

We would also want you to be available for our special events, including Founder’s Day, Open Days and when pupils arrive for the start of the new academic year at the beginning of the Advent Term, which could be a Sunday.  Overtime is available for working these days.
