This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and customer focused individual to play a key administrative role at Westminster Under School.
The Receptionist will be responsible for front of house matters, such as answering the telephone and greeting visitors, as well as receiving deliveries and managing lost property.
The Receptionist will also provide general administrative support to the Registrar and Master’s PA as required. They will also assist with wider administrative matters, such as maintaining pupil attendance registers, inputting data into the school management information system, and providing support with school events, such as open days.
In addition to this, they will also line manage the Gap Students who are primarily based in the Reception area.
We are looking for a well-organised individual with a 'can do' approach to their work, who is able to multi-task and work flexibly. They will be educated to at least A Level (or equivalent) and will demonstrate experience of working in a general administrative and customer facing environment.
