The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated Recruitment team, based at our beautiful location in Lupton. You will support our Children’s Homes, Schools and Therapeutic Teams with their administration, including:

  • Posting job adverts and arranging interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration
  • Using our inhouse IT systems such as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure compliance 
  • Dealing with all sorts of enquiries from candidates and colleagues, providing a great all-round administrative service

You will also make sure that our staff are recruited in line with safer recruitment practices, which is crucial to the safeguarding of our children and young people.

Who are we looking for?

The successful applicant will be an people-focused administrator, having worked within a busy office environment. You will be able to demonstrate accuracy, computer literacy, an organised approach to your work and a keen eye for detail. As someone who can form good working relationships with colleagues based at different sites, you’ll enjoy multi-tasking and helping others.
