Job overview

The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for taking a lead in managing the various stages of the recruitment process. This includes responsibility for ensuring a friendly and professional service in order to attract high quality applicants. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for recruitment of both Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff and you should be aware of safer recruitment procedures. The person appointed will develop processes to ensure an effective recruitment process, including the induction process of new colleagues.

Line managed by the Human Resource Manager, this is an exciting new role with genuine scope to oversee and shape recruitment at Forest School. You will work closely with the Warden, Bursar, Head of the Prep School, and Deputy Warden on a daily basis. We expect the role to develop over time and welcome applicants with vision, diligence, enthusiasm and a passion for education.
