Are you a passionate and pro-active individual that has the confidence to engage with individuals and support them to access apprenticeships and training?  An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding team as a Recruitment Consultant.

Working across both our Derby (Pride Park) and Chesterfield sites we are looking for a highly motivated individual to engage with individuals and provide effective information, advice and guidance to potential learners, assessing suitability and eligibility for commencement of apprenticeships and other training programmes.

Working alongside our business development team, you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employers, prospective students and apprentices and other key referral agencies to ensure positive outcomes for all.

You will be experienced in achieving high stretching targets and be responsible for monitoring and managing applications to apprenticeships and carry out effective pre-registration and screening of candidates for a variety of programmes.
