Job overview

Thank you for your interest in the vacancy for Reflection & Resolution Manager at the Ellis Guilford School.

We are looking to appoint a positive and dynamic manager of our Reflection and Resolution Room, which is part of the school’s behaviour management system. It is a transient support area of the school where children have an opportunity to reflect on their behaviour and identify appropriate resolutions before returning to class.

This role co-ordinates the operational running of the facility, and will involve working with a number of different children on a daily basis, as well as liaising with senior colleagues to identify patterns and trends in behaviour and setting plans to reolve these.

Ellis Guilford became part of the Creative Education Trust (CET) in November 2018. CET has a strong record of educational improvement as well as providing a varied diet of curriculum and enrichment opportunities by introducing pupils to professionals who are the best in their specialist field whether it be composers, architects, designers, or singers. By seeing the best, pupils are inspired and become ambitious to follow careers they may not have considered before.

Our aim is to prepare our pupils to be good citizens of the future and to have the ambition and courage to exceed. If you share our desire to change the lives of young people, we would very much like to hear from you.

For more information about the role and how to apply please find the recruitment pack attached.

As an employee of the Creative Education Trust, you will benefit from a highly competitive career package which includes:

  • High quality professional development
  • Regular training to develop your skills and knowledge
  • A tailored induction programme to meet your needs and ongoing support from an experienced and skilled team

In addition we also offer a competitive rewards and benefits package.

Our employees have access to:

• The Vivup platform that brings employee benefits, discounts, wellbeing and staff recognition

• Access to Employee Assistance Scheme provided by Health Assured.

• Bike2Work Scheme - where you can save up to 42% on the cost of bicycles and/or equipment

And much more. Please find our Benefits Brochures attached for further details.

Closing date: 12th February 2024

Interviews: W/c 19th February 2024

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive suitable applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
